Once you have downloaded the OctopusDeployCloud template, open it up.
You will see two text boxes.
On the first one, enter the report history URL (https://<yoururl>.octopus.app/api/reporting/deployments/xml).
On the second enter your API key ('API-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx'.).

Then click 'Load'.
